Copper Bonded Earth Rod

KMP COPPER BONDED EARTH ROD manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure electrolytic copper, there earth rods conform to BS 4360 grade 43A. Each rod is treated with Benzoyl triozole derivatives to prevent oxidation of copper bonding. The threads are formed by roll threading process which ensure strength and maintain the molecularly bonded copper along with full length of the threads. The rods can be deep driven manually or by using power hammer.

KMP COUPLERS are made of high grade material for higher strength with counted bore for protecting the rod threads from damage.

DC Tape Clip

KMP METALLIC DC CLIPS are used to secure the flat conductor to the building. It is recommended to use DC Clips at 1 mtr. distance. The tape fits into the clip and is secured by two countershunk screws. These clips can be fastened to the building by recommended csk woodscrew 1 1/2" x No 10 plugs.

Plate Type Test Clamp

KMP PLATE TYPE TEST CLAMPS are used as T or straight through joints of tapes. These test clamps can also used as disconnecting joint between the down conductors and the earthing system. The clamp is also suitable in heavy duty applications up to 26 x 12 tape connections.
